Terms of Service

The service

CATranslate, operated by Cengiz Savcı, provides AI-assisted communication features through Telegram. Available features and access depend on the current product, configuration and subscription. Development-roadmap items are not included features unless expressly made available.

Accounts and group access

You need an eligible Telegram account and any required subscription to use restricted features. Follow the registration process and participant limits shown in the bot. Only add or configure the bot in groups where you have permission to do so.

Subscriptions and payment

A 30-day access period currently costs 1,000 Telegram Stars. Purchase is completed inside Telegram; this website does not process payments and no outside checkout company is needed. Review the invoice and access limits in the bot before paying. This offer does not promise a free tier or trial.

For billing, cancellation or refund questions, contact founder@catranslate.com with the relevant purchase information. Applicable consumer rights and payment-platform rules remain in effect.

Responsible use

You are responsible for the content you submit and for having the necessary rights and permissions to process it. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, infringement, abuse, attempts to obtain another person’s private data or disruption of the service. Follow applicable Telegram and service-provider rules.

AI outputs and availability

Translations, research, transcriptions and generated media can contain errors. Check important information, especially when consequences are significant. CATranslate does not guarantee error-free output, uninterrupted availability or a fixed response time.

Access can be affected by connectivity, provider availability, usage limits and maintenance. A planned feature or integration is not a commitment to a launch date.

Content and privacy

You retain any rights you have in content you submit. You allow the processing and delivery needed to provide the features you request. AI-generated material may not be unique; check that you can use it for your intended purpose. Our Privacy Policy explains the categories of data processed.

Changes and contact

We may revise the service and these terms as the product develops. The date above identifies this version. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact founder@catranslate.com with questions about these terms.
